You will train for approximately 45 minutes, three times a week, on a schedule that works for you.

Does functional fitness training have mental health benefits too?

Yes, while a comprehensive programme of functional training boosts both physical strength and cardiovascular fitness (as well as flexibility and mobility), it also has the important side benefit of improving cognitive clarity and overall mental health to enhance decision-making and focus.

Can I access coaching sessions online?

Yes, all the workouts and coaching are delivered through an easy-to-use, market-leading app, which has a web interface as well.

Do I need to be really fit already and have prior gym experience?

No, the programme is personalised to you, your starting level of strength and fitness, and any injuries or medical conditions you may have, all of which Iain will discuss with you during an initial on-boarding call. Having access to a modern, well-equipped gym is a prerequisite of the programme, but previous gym experience isn’t necessary.
